Beth Bundy is a creative who enjoys just about any form of making. She acquired her Bachelor in Fine Arts with a focus on sculpture and woodworking and has since continued to use traditional fine arts skills, combined with the many fascinating technologies that support artists, in her creative explorations.

Her layered paper and wood cuts are drawn first by hand and then vectorized on a computer and finally cut using a laser cutter. She also enjoys painting motifs with her gouache set she was gifted in middle school and then scans them to create her design motifs. Her camera is almost always in hand, whether she is traveling to far away places or the Columbia River or eating a simple meal with her family.

Beth is trained in the design thinking process, so she sees a problems as an opportunity to invent creative solutions with human feelings at the forefront. She enjoys collaborating with others through this process while interviewing, observing, brainstorming, and practicing the art of giving and receiving feedback.

Beth is currently teaching photography at a local public high school where she encourages her students to practice mindfulness through art-making and challenges her colleagues to see the value in using the design process to better the experience of students in our schools. When she is not making art, she is practicing yoga, exploring the beautiful Oregon beaches and trails, baking cookies or playing Pokemon with her 7-year-old son.
